Feasibility study and marketing and operations plan for a resort hotel near Lankaran

 

Azerbaijan, 2006 - 2007

Client: Ministry of Culture and Tourism

ATC undertook a pre-feasibility study and marketing plan for a seaside tourism resort. The tourism resort is near Lankaran at the coast of the Azerbaijan Caspian Sea with hotels, appartments, and bungalows for a total of over 1200 guests.

Tourism consulting services for hotel standardisation and classification in Bhutan

Feasibility study and architectural plans for the Olive Island Resort Development Study

Bakhmaro Recreational Area: Development of Mountain Resort Preliminary Masterplan

The mountain valley of Bakhmaro in Western Georgia is a popular climatic spa resort, but poor quality huts were constructed illegally and forests were destroyed due to a lack of planning. ATC drafted a plan for sustainable socio-economic development involving public private partnerships.

Mayerling: Visitor Center

 

Austria 2000 - 2004
Client: Heimat Österreich
Creating a concept for and implementing a multifunctional visitor centre in the Franciscan Convent in Mayerling, a highly popular tourism destination (Site of the famous double suicide of Rudolf, German prince of Austria and his lover Marie Vetara). Prior to the start of the project, a feasibility and market study were conducted to determine the potential flow of visitors before developing a long term marketing strategy.
