Good governance is the basic principle of our efforts to strengthen public administrations in partnership with our clients. This implies that public administrations shall continuously change and develop to a more open, transparent, accountable, equitable, cost-effective and responsive form of governance. Technical Assistance to the Communications Regulatory Agency (CRA) in relation to telecommunication and its regulatory framework


Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2010 - 2011

Beneficiary: Bosnia and Herzegovina
The project aims to harmonise the BiH legislation in the telecommunications sector within EU requirements and to strengthen the capacity of the Communications Regulatory Agency. An effective implementation of the EU acquis communautaire should attract more foreign direct investement and provide all users with access to a wide spectrum of competitive telecommunication services.

Preparation of IT project in Tax Administration

After gaining independence in 2008, Kosovo has undergone large scale administrative transformation.
