mountain valley of Bakhmaro in Western Georgia is a popular climatic
spa resort, but poor quality huts were constructed illegally and
forests were destroyed due to a lack of planning. ATC drafted a plan
for sustainable socio-economic development involving public private
partnerships.

Development of the Masterplan and the implementation for the first helicopter skiing resort in the Caucasus, which still is the most popular and successful one in Europe. ATC assisted in attracting investors and has managed the resort for 4 years.
