Competence: Justice and Home Affairs

The Hague programme aims at strengthening freedom, security and justice in the European Union. Freedom, security and justice should be available to everyone – inside and outside the European Union. Issues such as fundamental rights, migration and asylum are intrinsically linked to the fight against crime, illegal immigration, trafficking and terrorism. ATC supports international cooperation in this field, transfer of know-how and most importantly a human perspective in Justice and Home Affairs.
