With work-experience in close to 100 countries on all five continents, we are focussed on working in an international environment and master languages such as English, German, French, Spanish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Macedonian, Bosnian, Russian and Swahili.
Highly skilled project managers in our home offices implement projects for clients of private and public sectors as well as multilateral organisations. As founding partner of ATC Consultants in 1985, I am happy to be still part of ATC's management team together with Markus Grillitsch and Gordana Milosevic-Jurukovska, who will serve as our Chief Operating Officer. In addition to exploring new business opportunities and finding 'out-of-the-box' solutions for our clients, my focus will remain on fields where I was able to gain experience in many parts of the world in the past 30 years: Tourism Development and Regional Master Planning. |

My professional development started with ATC Consultants back in 1998, when I was privileged to work as Project Manager of the EU Phare Cultural Development Programme for my home country, Macedonia. These three tough but wonderful years have determined my carrier path in technical assistance and capacity development. Public administration and civil service development, including local self-government in particular, remained my core areas of interest while managing EU and UNDP funded programmes in the coming years. I reunited the ATC team in Vienna in 2010 and as of since I enjoy managing projects, bidding for projects and delivering consultancy services. |

I joined ATC in 2005 when I was still working on my Doctoral Thesis in Innovation Studies. I contributed to many interesting projects in the field of regional development, innovation and tourism. I enjoy the challenge of understanding a specific context and providing tailored solutions; a requirement for working in places as diverse as India, Turkey, South East Europe, or East Africa. Recently, I have joined CIRCLE/Lund University for a research assignment in Innovation Studies while still pursuing the strategic development at ATC. |
